# Browsing and searching
Switch workspaces and find projects, collections, folders, and files from Webflow.

Sign in before opening Workspace. The app uses the current LottieFiles account and its workspace permissions.

## Navigate the library

1. Open **Workspace**.
2. Switch to the intended workspace.
3. Expand a project or collection, then continue into folders when available.
4. Select a file to inspect its preview and current metadata.

Use the file name, location, preview, and status together. A familiar thumbnail is not enough when several versions or variants look alike.

## Find the production source

Before insertion, confirm:

- You are in the correct personal or team workspace.
- The project, collection, or folder matches the site release.
- The file is the approved animation rather than an exploration copy.
- The selected child animation, theme, or state machine matches the intended experience.

Workspace can also expose images, SVGs, GIFs, Creator files, and source files. Their actions differ from animation insertion; keep the production Lottie workflow focused on `.json` and `.lottie` sources.
