Lottie Creator gives you direct access to over 800,000+ free and premium Lottie animations. Search, preview, import, and customize animations without leaving the editor.

What's in the Library?

The LottieFiles library includes:

Available formats: Lottie JSON, dotLottie (.lottie), and Animated SVG

What you can do: Remix, recolor, retime, apply themes, export to multiple formats, and host on CDN.

Accessing the Library

Open Lottie Creator → Left Sidebar → Discover Animations

The library panel opens with search, filters, and categories.

Searching for Animations

Search by:

• •Keywords (e.g., "success", "loading", "arrow", "celebration")
• •Filters (free, premium, animated icons, UI assets, 3D strokes)
• •Categories (Business, UI, Social, Tech, Emoji, Web, Mobile)
• •Author (for creator collections)

Search results show: Thumbnail preview, format indicator (.json, .lottie), author, and premium badge if applicable.

Importing Animations

How to import: Click the animation thumbnail → Select "Inset SVG" or "Insert Lottie"

Free vs Premium Animations

Free Animations: Available to all users, no subscription required.

Premium Animations (Pro or Team Plan): Includes advanced UI kits, high-end illustrations, 3D motion sets, brand collections, and premium icon packs.

Without a subscription, you'll see a lock icon and upgrade prompt. You can still preview premium animations.

Editing Imported Animations
