After Effects

The LottieFiles plugin for Adobe After Effects lets you browse the LottieFiles library, import Lottie animations into your compositions, and export your After Effects work as Lottie — directly from inside After Effects.

Help and account

The plugin's top-right corner exposes a small set of account-level actions:

  • Help dropdown — links to documentation, support, and feedback channels.

  • Account avatar (when signed in) — opens the About plugin modal showing version and credits, as well as sign-out.

The plugin has no dedicated settings page. Preferences for your LottieFiles workspace are managed on the LottieFiles website itself.

Limits and plans

Some plugin features require a paid LottieFiles plan — Motion System creation, version updates, file status, optimized Lottie export, and storage beyond the free 20 MB / 5-file cap. See How plans affect the plugin for the full matrix.
