Prompt to Vector

Prompt to Vector is available from the plugin's Tools tab. It creates vector artwork from a text prompt, so you can quickly explore source artwork before preparing a Figma scene for animation.

When to use it

• You need a simple visual idea quickly.

• You want editable vector artwork instead of a raster image.

• You are exploring motion concepts before final illustration.

Basic workflow

1. Open the LottieFiles plugin in Figma.

2. Open Tools.

3. Choose Prompt to Vector.

4. Enter a short prompt.

5. Insert or refine the generated vector artwork.

Before animating

After generating artwork, inspect the layer structure. Simplify unnecessary paths, group related shapes clearly, and name layers before using Figma to Lottie.
