Switch workspaces and find projects, collections, folders, and files from Webflow.
Sign in before opening Workspace. The app uses the current LottieFiles account and its workspace permissions.
Navigate the library
Open Workspace.
Switch to the intended workspace.
Expand a project or collection, then continue into folders when available.
Select a file to inspect its preview and current metadata.
Use the file name, location, preview, and status together. A familiar thumbnail is not enough when several versions or variants look alike.
Find the production source
Before insertion, confirm:
You are in the correct personal or team workspace.
The project, collection, or folder matches the site release.
The file is the approved animation rather than an exploration copy.
The selected child animation, theme, or state machine matches the intended experience.
Workspace can also expose images, SVGs, GIFs, Creator files, and source files. Their actions differ from animation insertion; keep the production Lottie workflow focused on .json and .lottie sources.
